With one of Europe’s leading business communications events looming, AT&T turned to Signals to add some sparkle to its speaker presentations for the big event.
AT&T is a leading player in the Unified Communications (UC) & collaboration sector and its UC Experts are well placed to offer insights, thoughts and advice to companies of all sizes as they start to adopt and implement a UC strategy.
For the UC Expo 2015 in Olympia London, AT&T had a number of special seminar sessions in the “Flexible Working & Collaboration Theatre”.
Signals took the brief using AT&T’s own Connect online meeting software. Outline slides were provided from the speakers, and were discussed at length to establish various improvements, content references and ultimately our joint plan of attack.
Having worked closely with AT&T, and the Unified Communications subject in particular, over a number of years Signals were able to quickly set about improving the slides. As with most events of this kind the slide content was hot off the press and therefore the timescales were, as ever, tight to say the least.
The challenge for each presentation was threefold; improve the overall presentation flow, improve the slide visualisations and ensure the AT&T brand is applied correctly.
Below are some examples of how we transformed the slides.
In order to improve any PowerPoint presentation, Signals always take it upon ourselves to get under the skin of the subject matter, understand it, and use that knowledge to make content and visual recommendations to better communicate the presentation content.
Within the space of one working week, we were able to transform two keynote presentations, obtain brand approval and deliver the slides on time for the two senior AT&T executives to present at the UC Expo.
