The challenge
The relaunch of the Stuart Turner website needed to address a
number of issues; a four year old design, an information
architecture which was too technically orientated and product led,
and a Content Management System technology that was no longer
aligned with Stuart Turner's requirements.
The new site needed to have a broad appeal to a variety of user
types and also had to expose different aspects of Stuart Turner's
internal product database so enhancing the functionality of the
site.
The solution
We have recently relaunched the website with a host of
functionality, including:
- The ability to order spare parts online
- Customers can now register for extended warranties for their
pumps through the site
- A flexible content management system enables staff at Stuart
Turner to keep all content up to date
- An admin tool allows staff at Stuart Turner to manage online
registrations and warranty applications
- Installers can view all the warranty cards registered against
them and easily
