The challenge
Xerox were using an existing US based tool to generate proposals
but it didn't meet the requirements of the European arm of the
organisation. Xerox Europe needed to control the representation of
the Xerox brand when creating proposals and be less reliant on the
user to collate accurate, up to date information.
It was key that the content was up to date and management of the
tool was reduced to a minimum.
The solution
Signals developed an online tool that enables the sales teams
and the channel to generate bespoke, brand compliant, editable Word
documents. The tool is integrated with Xerox's online product and
pricing database, ensuring that proposals are always up to
date and approved at a central level.
Users of the proposal generator can select from a number of
brand compliant themes, select which products and configuration
options to include and produce editable Word documents in up to 12
languages.
