based e-learning modules that communicate sophisticated ideas and
information. We do this by creating engaging and effective learning
that immerses the user in an interactive learning environment.
Our design philosophy revolves around the complete user
experience. This means we work to understand the individuals we are
engaging with and the context our communications will work
in.
Our eLearning team are constantly researching ideas and
technologies from other consumer facing platforms, for example
games and iPhone apps, all with a view to creating the best
possible user experience. We employ a range of
techniques to present information in an engaging manner, with
animation, process simulation and gaming methodology, scenario
based learning, positive reinforcement and rich interactivity.
Through reporting and shared insight into actual user activity we
continuously review and improve our work.
