River and Rowing Museum - CMS Website

The River and Rowing Museum, Henley on Thames, celebrates three themes: Past present and future, the history of the riverside community and the international sport of rowing.

The museum was officially opened by The Queen on 6 November 1998 and was later that year awarded Museum of the Year and Building of the Year Award a year later.

The museum needed to update it's website from a basic online presence to a content managed system.

Signals won a three way pitch to redevelop the Museum's website, creating a practical, usable and sympathetically presented focus point for the museum audiences to access all manner of information and services.

The result? In addition to the many museum visitors The River and Rowing Museum now enjoys over 3000 website visitors a week and with regular updates by the Museum to its news and events sections, the site is kept fresh and alive.
