Xerox launched a major campaign aimed at their Resellers, based around the theme 'Colour'. To help them capitalise on these activities, Xerox put together an event kit that made running their own Colour Event or open house incredibly easy. The 'kit' included everything needed, from a customisable registration web site and invitations, to CDs with presentations, templates and printed material.
Knowing Signals had all the expertise to deliver the customisable web site, produce and design the CDs and create the presentations, Xerox handed them the job.
Co-ordinating with other agencies involved in the project Signals set about the task.
The Event Site builder is designed and programmed to allow non-technical staff to create their own event site, with automated mailings and conformations, in five simple steps.The system is multilingual, supports multiple campaigns and has a detailed reporting area.
The result? - The Event Site Builder has become an integral part of Xerox Campaign Launches, allowing resellers to quickly support marketing activities through an easy to use interface.
