EPSON - Digital Support CD
Epson is part of the Seiko Epson Corporation; a global manufacturer of printers and other technology products.
With a rapidly evolving product line and new printers being launched on a regular basis, Epson needed a way of communicating a great deal of information to the press. And with a major Paris tradeshow just a week away, the company challenged Signals to find a solution.
The Signals development team immediately deployed Digital Briefcase: a simple, quick and inexpensive way of creating small numbers of branded, multimedia CD-ROMs.
Two CD-ROMs were created; one tailored to the Paris show and the other for a tradeshow in Rome. Each disc contained a variety of press releases in six different languages; PDF product brochures, similarly translated; product images, a corporate profile, executive biographies and the new Epson corporate video.
The result? In spite of a one week deadline, Signals was able to harness the versatility and performance of Digital Briefcase to give Epson precisely the content it wanted on a small, inexpensive run of CD-ROMs.
