An integrated solution for Xerox

Signals’ technical know how has been put to good use for document management giant Xerox.  

The ‘Configurator’ is a tool created by Signals that allows Xerox Office personnel to build a virtual machine by way of a decision tree process that then displays exact specified configuration data. Developed and upgraded over the last four years, the Configurator is now a key strategic tool for the Xerox Office sales process. 

Delivered last year by Signals, the ‘Evergreen Price list’ generates artwork ready, pdf catalogue pages populated with dynamic pricing details. This clever technology has enabled Xerox to provide cost-effective, timely and targeted product information, replacing the costly and inefficient printed catalogues previously in circulation. 

Signals’ latest commission, just announced, is the creation of the ‘Proposal Wizard’.  This tool will enable Xerox sales staff to generate formatted, brand compliant proposals populated with templated and bespoke proposal content. 

Each of these tools is designed to facilitate efficiencies and cost savings in the sales process and each share common data inputs. The ultimate goal for the programs’ development is to integrate them into one all-powerful sales support suite.
